Commercial Waste Collection Franchisees​

Haulers who collect commercial solid waste within the Sacramento Regional Solid Waste Authority (SWA) Region must hold a valid franchise.  Title II makes it unlawful for any person to engage in the business of collecting, transporting or disposing of commercial solid waste generated in the Sacramento Regional Solid Waste Authority (SWA) Region or to engage in the business of soliciting accounts or invoicing customers for commercial solid waste service in the SWA region without a valid franchise agreement.
